This booklet provides information on what the public should do if there is an accident at a nuclear power plant resulting in the release of radiation.  Cartoons are used to show the public what they should do if they are told to shelter indoors (go indoors, wash face and hands, close doors, windows and the lids of food containers and turn off all air conditioners and ventilation connected to outside) and if they are told to evacuate (turn off gas, lock doors and windows, bring specific equipment, assist the elderly and vulnerable groups and walk to the assembly point where you will transported by bus).
